Southern Division

FCI Constructors, Inc. was formed in November 1991 for the purpose of obtaining and constructing various heavy highway and bridge projects in the state of California. The Southern Division performs work primarily in the southern part of California, from just north of Los Angeles to the Mexican border.

John Nelson, President, leads this division in San Diego, California. Currently, FCI South has nine projects under contract, five of which are contiguous projects along the Interstate 5 corridor, a total of six highway miles.
