
Foothill Toll Road-South
Location: Orange County
This HBG Flatiron led joint venture begins its second design-build contract for the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA). The planned $644 million Foothill Toll Road-South is the final segment of the TCA's 67-mile public toll road network and will complete Orange County's regional highway system.
The project is being delivered in three phases. Phase 1 includes the
preliminary design necessary to complete the environmental review process,
including procuring permits. Phases 2 and 3 consist of final design
and construction, which began in 2001.
