Greg Henk, P.E., Executive Vice President of the Design-Build and CM Services Division, has 30 years of project management experience in urban transportation and planning, engineering design, and construction. He has worked for state departments of transportation, public transportation and toll agencies, and private design and construction firms. A recognized leader in the design-build industry and a specialist in public and private highway financing activities, he has been involved in the issuance of $2.8 billion of nonrecourse startup toll revenue bonds.

His experience includes three major design-build toll roads in Orange County, California: the Eastern Toll Road, a $780 million, 28-mile, 4 to 6-lane limited access highway through the Santa Ana Mountains; the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor, an $800 million, 15-mile, 6-lane limited access highway, and the Foothill Transportation Corridor, a $500 million, 16-mile, 4 to 6-lane limited access highway through the foothills and canyons of the Santa Ana Mountains. Greg also helped develop, negotiate and manage the Transportation Corridor Agencies' $600 million Toll Collection and Revenue Management System Contract. Previously, he was involved in the E-470 Public Highway Authority in Colorado, a 60 mile, 4-lane tollway with 13 interchanges that include the nation's first full-speed electronic toll collection system; and in C-470, a 26-mile limited access highway in southwestern Denver.
